Suresh Rayudu Chitturi, Managing Director of Srinivasa Farms, has been appointed Vice-Chairman of International Egg Commission at a meeting held at Bruges in Belgium. Mr Suresh is the second person from India to be appointed on this prestigious Global Body.
Mr Suresh will be in this position for next two years.
B V Rao of Venkateshwara Hatcheris was the only person from India who got on board of IEC till now, in 1992-93.
Congratulating Suresh on his elevation to IEC board, Indian Poultry Industry expressed happiness and hope that this will augur well for the Industry and Farmers in India.
IEC is the only organisation that represents the global egg industry with members spanning 80 countries.
